FORM -ITR-3 1 ERROR FOR 80U (which s not filled)

I HAVE NOT FILLED 80U at all. STILL AT VERIFICATION IT IS SHOWING 80U LIMIT EXCEEDED 1,25,000

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO UPLOAD ITR-3

ALSO HALF THE SCHEDULES I HAVE TO CONFIRM AGAIN.

Today while filing itr 1 under 115 bac....at verification...showed error 1 exempt income cannot be blank

though u/s 115 bac ( new) standard deduction is not available
then
I once again went to pre view and it then got verified sucessful

thus
try for verification again and again....possibly one might be successful

1) I WENT TO PART C & D of CHAPTER VI. DELETED 80U AND OTHER DEDUCTIONS.

2) THEN AGAIN SOME AUDIT INFO ERROR CAME - I DELETED OI SCHEDULE SINCE I COME UNDER ADA (NO BOOKS MAINTAIN)

3) THEN AGAIN I WENT TO SCHEDULE SELECTIONS AND REMOVED UNWANTED SCHEDULES WHICH COMES BECAUSE OF SOFTWARE ERROR I THINK.

4) AT LAST THE RETURN WAS UPLOADED.

SOMETHING TOTALLY WRONG WITH SOFTWARE. SCHEDULES DESELECTED EARLIER REAPPEARS.

I am facing the same problem with ITR 3 where it says 80U LIMIT EXCEEDED 1,25,000
I tried clearing browser cache, tried another browser another laptop but same error keeps coming up. Moreover it says click on error to navigate to the schedule to edit it but nothing happens. Does anyone else face the problem or have the solution? I think a small IT company would have done a better job than infosys. The web portal is full of bugs. I was getting 10IE error till now, it got resolved on its own after multiple trials and started getting this error of section 80U.

Go to part C and D of Schedule VIA . SELECT 80U and Delete 80U.

Delete 80U as well as Other deduction.

Facing the similar issue and struggling to rectify the error, deleted 80U multiple times, no deduction claimed u/s 80U but still defect persist, not able to file the return

Can anybody guide and help to resolve this

getting same 80U error. Tried to delete 80U u/s Cahpter VI, refilled whole ITR...no use

To get rid of error U/S 80 U...go to VIA ...in section C,D....select U/S 80...fill 0 in the amount and submit...it ill warn that you need to show certificate of disability...so confirm it...as we are not claiming any benefit and just writing zero...which means zero..nothing...n hopefully your ITR will be submitted...its a big flaw in portal..n hope it will be rectified soon..thnx
