Form 3 has been filled and Due to error it has to be resubmitted but it's resubmission date has passed.
How much fees and additional fees will be charged by mca as company incorporated before 3 months and form has to be submitted within 30 days of incorporation. And what does it mean :--

has not been filed complete in all respects within due date. Hence, this eForm has been treated as Invalid Not taken

Now you need to file a fresh Form 3 with additional fees if applicable.
