Form 3 has been filled and Due to error it has to be resubmitted but it's resubmission date has passed.
How much fees and additional fees will be charged by mca as company incorporated before 3 months and form has to be submitted within 30 days of incorporation. And what does it mean :--

Since you have not resubmitted Form 3 within due date, MCA has marked that Form as invalid and has not been taken on records.
Now you need to file a fresh Form 3 with additional fees if applicable.
