As per Instructions available in new website, you can login using TIN-NSDL username and Password.
But it was not working for me. So I registered as New User. It takes Maximum 1 hour to get login.

As it is a newly developed site it is facing some glitches.
The time limit for issue of TDS certificates for 3rd Qtr of FY 1213 stands 30 January 13.
No need to hurry, really.

I usually download the TDS certificates within 4-5 days of filing returns and then keep the pdf file in computer but issue to parties only in FY year end all at once total 4 certificates.
Tomorrow will check and update whether i am able to receive 16A or not.

I have applied for form 16a on 11 Jan 2013 on tdscpc
But it has still not generated form 16a. It just shows status as "submitted"
Same for NSDL conso file.
Anyone has idea how many days it takes? With NSDL it used to take just 2days or so. But with tdscpc its already 7 days and still not generated.
PS: I had filed e-tds with digital signathre on NSDL website. I hope they have not changed website for e-tds. i.e. is it still tin-nsdl?

I called tdscpc toll free number.
Lady on phone said, "System is slow! wait few more days."
I dont understand why they switched to this new site when they were not prepared? Even if they wanted to switch atleast let TIN-NSDL run till tdscpc.gov.in becomes stable.
