I have some doubt on TDS certificate my questions are....
1. wht is the due date for issuing TDS certificate after deducting TDS?
2. If we don't issue TDS certificate with in due date then wht will happn?
3. wht is diifrenc between form16 and form 16A and on whch cases we have to issue form 16 and 16A.?
4. From whch date TDS changings will be applicable like ...UTN, yearly once E-tds returns,etc....?

Here's what you need to know :-
1). Due date of Form 16A- within 1 month & 30 June.
2). Your co become in scrutiny.
3). Form 16 for salary employed and Form16A for Vendor or other then salary. Salary (Form16) due date is April 30.
4). On the UTN, no further notification, so it's postpond unspecific period and Budget 2009 changes applicable from April 01, 2009.
