23 June 2010Please help me out in filling FORM 107.....?
i have already submitted FORM 108 by declaring excess leave, without considering FORM 107...now i have got letter from the chennai asking for the FORM 107....., should i execute FORM 107 now....., if yes.... please help me out in filling.& what date the stamp should be....?

Yes yaar i agree, that form is too confusing plz if any 1 has a copy of the filled form then kindly upload the same.
Also i wanted to know do we have to get form 107 franked??????

whether sign of witness is necessary as it does not require in the origenal form 103.
