24 August 2012In what circumstances the first Financial Year of a Company can be extended? If a Company is incorporated in October 2010, can its first fiancial year be Oct 2010 to March 2012? Whether in that case first AGM be hold within 9 months of March 2012 that is upto Dec 2012?

maximum time for AGM is 18 months from its incorporation and it can not be extended in any case.
yes you may have this financial year no problem
yes first agm within 9 month
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
