Filing of itr for claiming tds
I have work 3 months with my emplyer and he has credited all three months salary in my account after deduction of tds.now i want to file my itr but in my form 26As only one month salary and only one month tds is shown.now what i do for claiming all three months tds.

3) If your three months salary less than 2lac 50 thousand then TDS not required to deduct .

Ask for Form 16 from the employer.
File your return only after the TDS reflects in Form 26AS otherwise there will be tax credit mismatch.
Employer must file TDS return to reflect TDS. in 26AS .
If i file itr showing 3 months salary without tds then what wll be the effect on my tax liability ? can i claim remaining tds in next year ?
You may not be allowed to claim as
1. There is no guarantee that OMITTED TDS will be reflected in your 26 AS NEXT YEAR with yearly bifurcation.
2. Income Tax authorities may not amend the ITR Form suitably to claim EARLIER YEARS TDS next year through subsequent ITR filing.
Yes you can claim but you have to add such salary income in your next year income.
So better declare income in current year and claim refund of TDS in next year .

How much your three months salary , and pertains to which financial year, F.Y 21-22 or 22-23 ?.

Including last year salary
If your total income is 450000/- and you file return now , there will be no tax liability,( up 5lac -section 87A rebet) however you Can not claim TDS refund, unless employer file TDS return and deposit TDS amount in GOVT account and reflection in 26AS , so please confirm from employer that he has filled return or not .
He has filed return only for one month as shown in 26AS
