whether supply of goods invoice details need to submit by 10th August.
if I am not using any sophtware, can I upload excel file directly or can I enter data online and having write to revise upto 10th.

Yes there is an offline utility given on the portal GSTR 1. download it and u can manually put the data in it and file it up.
