we have been exporting goods to Nepal since Aug'17 by Road, we didn't apply for LUT till yesterday as we were not aware about that. Also, we were not showing Igst amount in the tax invoices till yesterday. My question is Can we apply for Refund of for the period in which dont have LUT.
Is there any other way to show those invoices which are processed in last financial year without LUT in catagory of "With payment of IGST".
we have filed return after dec'17 as well. please guide.
1. No u r not eligible for refund for supplies without LuT
2. U can ammend those bill in your next GSTr1 & deposit the gst with interest
