In order to applying for refund of igst, we have filed Gstr1(along with table 6) but havnt shown d zero rated supplies in gstr3B.
can we make changes in next period?
Is there anything else we need to do for getting igst refund in case of export with payment of igst?

Yes you can make the changes and thereafter claim the refund.
Nothing else you have to do except filling Form RFD-01
