excise duty now 12%

Please let me know :

1) what is the ceiling limit of exemption for SSI units under Notn. No. 08/2003

2)Is there any change in the Duty exemption limited from 4 cr.

3)In case a co. crosses the 4 cr limit in previous year, is it necessary to

     submit declaration on the begining of the proceeding year
