Dear All,
In the notice of annual general meeting printed in the annual report of the company, the printer has by mistake excluded the point no. 2 on declaration of dividend. Since the annual report is already printed, it is not possible to change the same. The annual report is not yet dispatched to the shareholders. kindly guide me as to how can we solve this problem. Can we issue a corrigendum and sent it with the copies of annual report. If yes, please can anybody provide a template for the same.
