Epf on casual employees

Dear Members, Greetings!!! I have a query regarding applicability of EPF on casual employees, ABC Ltd. is an infrastructure company. It has employed 5 casual workers at one of it's project site office and also paying them salary in cash. Now my query is, will EPF be applicable on such casual employees? Regards, Sunil
