We have got our company incorporated last month, We have hired 5 employees in our company, their salary is between 8K to 20K.
Are we liable to pay EPF and ESI.
And also want to confirm if we can pay the salary from company's current account and claim expense in company.
plz help.
As per ESI and EPF act these are not applicable to Your Company...
Yes, You claim expenses paid through your company's account.
