Eligibility for writing exams after termination

Sir, I m a direct entry student my term of 9 months is completed and I even gave my first attempt in Nov 2016....my doubt is dat can I terminate now from articleship and be eligible for writing may 2017 exam? Pls sir help me...I jus want to terminate now (this is my 10th month) nd after termination can I or am I eligible for writing may exams .......pls reply asap...nd thanks in adv sir
