Eligibility for writing exams after termination

Hello,

I have completed 2.5yrs of articleship now i got a job so currently working there, later i have taken termination from articleship. Is i am still eligilble to give ipcc exams after termination of article?

 

Pls anybody reply...my lyf depends on it ...so pls

yes dharmesh Bhai I hav called and visited many branches......Kerala institute says that my articleship should stand active when ever I m writing exams , dat means I can't write aftr termination.....d same was said to me by Delhi institute...but wen I called sirc dey are saying dere is nothing like dat nd u will be eligible to write........d thing is institute itself I confused...nd I m getting frustrated bro....days why I need some real answers....I m waiting for some one who can really reply on dis matter...

thats strange and sad...well I'm not that well versed with rules and regulations for direct entry students but according to what i know you can write your ipcc exams on completion of 9 months of articleship..after termination also this eligibility criteria doesn't changes and you will still be eligible...However as u said now there really uncertainty.. wait for someones reply on this...

also i suggest you to email them so that theres an evidence too..u can get the directory online..also call mumbai bkc branch and ask..m sure u will get the right answer..

bro thanks fr d PM u gave me...I called on dat number...she said I can write exam....nd I can get the exam form signed by any c.a...........but d thing now is .....Kerala branch saying u cant write , Chennai is saying yu can , Delhi is saying yu cant and Mumbai is saying yu can..........wth bro, what to do....I even mailed chairman BT there is no reply from him yet

First email ur query on the email id for articles related issues...once u have a reply then i dont think so after that anything further needs to be done.. and if u do not get any reply on email then again call mumbai branch and tell the concerned person everything, theyl surely help you out.. and theres no revert whatsoever them let me know..

@ dharmesh bro, now I finally gave my grievance on e saahayataa.... e saahayataa made by icai for submitting and solving grievance.... so lets wait for their reply bhai

yeah that nice..according to what ive read you are eligible and there's no such rule that articleship should be going on or active..so take the reply frm e sahayata and keep it for records..

i am in a similar situation, might be much worse.
