sir,
i want to know some one, who has registered in 1997 in CA inter ( BAsed from BCOM ) and passed ist group in Nov.2001. after that due to change of sylabus, he was autometically shifted to PE II, he appear 5 attampt in PE II , but not success.
now he is interested to appear the exam for PE -II, Second group, which will be held in Nov, 2008, can he appear.
Pls tell me what is the procedure/formalities to complete to appear the the IInd group exam

The attempts have been increased for nov 08 and may 09 . for those who haven't exhausted 5 attempts.
