Electronic liability register
My electronic liability register is showing balance igst rs 51 while filing comp 08 of 2nd quarter its saying liability. For previous tax period is yet to be paid what to do and how to file the return as i have already filed 1st quarter return and annual return both

File DRC 03 online on portal
Annual return already filed after that the liability has come
if you have computed & ascertained that any such tax liability is arisen, yes can file drc 03 & set-off of your liability
But while filing drc03 the same error is occuring that liablity for previous tax period is not paid

Are you putting entries in cash or credit ledger the amount you want to setoff while furnishings DRC 03 ........
