Either job or cpt-ca

Hello im a M.com p grad..Now im working in a reputed company in accounts as a post gradute trinee and i have been given 2 times cpt exam but unable to clear it....now im in confusion either to continue my job or write cpt in december-11.. bcz notification of cpt withdrawl is in process im getting confusion.... and my age also plays lots of importance.. now im 23 yr old... i ask for my closeones they are telling that don't leave job now....so im in dileama can u plssss sujjest some ways to clear this........
