educational institute run by same person with same name of starting name
hello experts one person have 2 education coaching classes with same starting name like x academy in his brother name propertiorship, x classes and one registered as x pvt. ltd. company in his own name so he is registered only one (x classes) and other is non registerd so should he merge all class under one name and should register individually

Both the set up are under different PAN, so whenever liability arises each individual firm/company needs to register separately.
