A person involved in diamond business how to produce e way bill as the diamonds are in small packages which can be delivered just by keeping in pocket or in bag ?
If e way bill is not produced then what are the consequences?

notification issued by the Department of Revenue on 23 January 2018 removed diamonds and precious gems from the list of goods that require a mandatory e-way bill.

Yes, no eway bills required but must have invoice.
Jewellery is exempted from generating eway bill.

Yes its exempted under Rule 138 annexure 14, No need generate Eway

Yes not needed even for intra and inter state supplies.
