We have made sales invoice while preparing E way bill and have despatched goods.
now party is asking for discount n asking to revise bill
Can sales invoice now changed since there will be difference in E way bill n actual bill amount.

According to me this can be done by issuing credit note or by asking debit note from the party on the difference amount.

Bill should not be changed. Issue credit note as suggested by Bibek sir.
