I have receivied e-mail from e Campaign regarding property transaction.

As per e-mail they have stated that I have not shown those transaction in Income Tax Return filled by me.

I have alrady mention those transaction in Income Tax Return fille by me and paid tax on that transaction,

So, I have confusion for selecting option in compliance portal.

Which option to select if I have shown the information in the return.

There are two option.

A.Information is correct.

E.Information is denied.

Which option is appliable in my case?

Hey Bharatkumar!

Since you have already disclosed those property transactions in your Income Tax Return and paid the tax, the right option to select in the compliance portal would be:

A. Information is correct

This means you acknowledge the transaction was reported correctly, and you are confirming that the information the department has matches what you filed.

If you select E. Information is denied, it means you are saying those transactions were not disclosed or you disagree, which is not your case.

So definitely go with A to avoid any unnecessary confusion or scrutiny.
