As one of CCI member posted forum related to control on Dummy articleship.
Though it is neccessary to control it and also ICAI should take action against it. There are many rules on Dumy Articleship Prohibition.
but what to do with articles who have to do non audit work on behalf of CAs.
As per my knowledge many of my friends and also some of forum also posted on this topic regarding articles doing non audit work like depositing money on behalf of their boss, paying telephone, electricity bills etc.of the personal premises of the boss.
I want to know why only students targeted rather than such CAs.
So, a penal should be established by icai who must take control of such CAs in Practice and provide adequate practical education to all the articles who come for practical study rather than doing work like a simple clerk or peon.
