Does succession certificate require latest Share holdings in case of deceased Father

Some of my later father's share certificates have grown to 3000. We have only original number of 100 shares.
For transfer, for succession certificate,, are we required to submit the physical share certificates including bonus certificates after obtaining them from the company?
