Does articleship extension affect final exam?

My articleship got over on 19-08-2014, but my principle gave me an on paper extension of 47 days, i.e excess leave of 47 days is shown in form 108 over and above actual leave allowed, 108 is not yet submitted to the institute.My query is:

1.What to select in exam form for nov 2014? (it is my second attemt)

2.Who will sign my exam for? My previous employer or any other ca will do?

3.Is it necessary for me to complete my extension right now? i wish to compelete it after my exam and my employer agrees for the same.

4.Will my result be withheled if i do not register for extension immediately after completion of articleship i.e 19-08-2014 and later after the final nov exam?

5.Will i get any letter from the institute for serving of extension right now and that i will not be able to give exam or any other matter?

Please Help..

If its ur second attempt than no prblm.. fill what u had filled in first attmpt with some changes applicable
If ur principal has given u an extension than He will only sign ur form.... until ur form 108 is not submitted ur forms will be signed by him
If ur principal is ready to allow u to serve ur extension after exam than no prob.. bt on paper dates must be of actual time. i.e., immediate after completion date
u have to submit ur form108 immediately.. many a times ICAI creates prblm... so be safe
Even if u get letter from ICAI to serve ur extension it wont affect ur attmpt. Bcz 47 days completes bfr nov xam... and ur princpal is allowing u to serve it after xam

So serve it after nov but ON PAPER show it as u have done it now...
If ICAI and ur CA plays the game than U also become a player..
