I donot agree with adnan Ajai jains notes are nothing for CWA he may be doing for other courses but not for CWA. he treats CWA students as second grade students and his orintation towards our profession is very ofensive.

If you want to have notes on IDT go for VS datey or Sanjeev Varsheny.

use the book of the following authors

 direct tax - t.n.manoharan

Indirect tax-n.s.govindan

cost accounting- varsh*t&saxena...

for theories use the institute books...

please buy all the suggested answers for  the past 5 yrs.. it will help u a lot in clearing  the exams...

i dont know about the stage 2 i will let u all know later..
