Documents required for Trade Name Change of Proprietorship in GST

Hi,

 

I applied for Change of Trade Name of Proprietorship in Core Fields in GST Portal, After 2 days they need clarification on address, I attached Electricity bill which in the name of Proprietor.

Today i received order of rejection saying that The TP Document is not attached. hence may be rejected.

What is TP Document and What is the document i can provide to them for Change of Trade name.

Hi Sir,

 

They are asking the reason and date of amendment, but there is no space for attaching the document, 

would like know What is TP Document ??
