   For purchasing such used or scrap furniture,if the seller is issuing an invoice, you can issue a self purchase invoice and also raise a Form35 of DVAT Act. This is to be filled with all necessary details in three copies and if there is any check post of sales tax dept  on the way, hand over two copies to the CP officer.He will put his seal and signature and return the duplicate for your retention till you reach your shop and after....mjk

In Case, the company is not ready to provide me invoice for the product purchased, then wat are the ways I  have to move the old furniture.

Can I take the workorder to clean the office and then transfer the scrap to delhi.
