Divide of excise duty

@ Jitendra, is it a local purchase or an import purchase. B'coz after the latest budget Ed.Cess and HSEC is not levied on CVD. If its a local purchase from an manufacturer, then it would be advisable to get the invoice rectified. If the modvat is passed by an dealer then check at the bottom of the modvat copy whether he has paid ed.cess and HSEC on his purchase. If he has paid, then only can he pass on the same to you.
