i think in question 2 equity share value is 10 not 100. question does nt make any sense with 100 per share.

Then whether bonus marks will be awarded for 2a ??
In question 2a, equity dividend is to be calculated on net profit. Equity dividend is not calculated on equity share capital. Question is not wrong.
What amount of subscripttion is transferred to income and expenditure account???
