He is disqualified for that particular company only of which he has not paid calls not from all companies.
and he is disqualified for a Period of 5 years from date on which he fails to do so.
and he is disqualified for a Period of 5 years from date on which he fails to do so.
Sorry, he will be disqualified until he has not paid calls on shares held by him
