Dear all,
I want to file DIR -6 for one of my director who is foreign nation but currently residing in India , Is it require to take the DIR-7 on the stamp paper , if yes , what amount of stamp paper is required for DIR-7 and is it compulsory to get it notarized.
Please reply it is urgent.

According to Rule 12 of ( Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules 2014, DIR 6 shall be filed for change in particulars of person who has been alloted DIN under form DIR 3, to CG within 30 days of change.
Applicant shall download form DIR 6 from the portal and attach copy of proof of changed particulars and verification in Form DIR 7 , which is in form of Affidavit and shall be mandatory notarized.
