Delay in refund on Income tax FY 2020-21

Hi ,

Just want to know from how many day refund can initiate by income tax department FY 2020-21. I have filed the return on Dt 19th Jul 21 but still not updated any status at portal. 

Can anybody know if there is delay in processing of return.
