I was placed order and it was billed on 26/11/2017 (invoice date) but still i didn't get bill and material, now can I consider the bill to take input credit for file the GSTR3B for the month November.
If not considered, what is the next process for the pending bill.
Please gudie me

yes, you should take input for that, but you will require invoice to find GST amount.

Sorry for the differed reply...
You can't avail the ITC benefits if you can't received invoices and Materials...
We can avail the ITC benefits when we received the goods and Invoice...

purchase has been made.
invoice and materials are may be in transit.
but we should take gst input for that because supplier will pay gst in the month of invoice date.
hence that will reflect in our GSTR 2.
