Declaration Query

After uploading Form 1, form 32 and form 18 for new incorporation, i have received the following query for resubmission so kindly give the format of Declaration by the promoters. I understood the second query.

Query raised by the ROC as follows:

1)Declaration as required in col 10(vii) and viii in f.1 by all promoters to be enclosed. 2)I promoter in f.32 to be categorised as non-executive.activity code to be mentioned in accordance with objects. Form should be resubmitted by 30/01/2011 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation,

Dear Sir,

U need to attach consent letter of director alongwith the form 32. There is no specific format of consent letter you may write it on behalf of the director in simple language and take sign from them and submit it to ROC.

Some of the important information which you need to fill in that are:

Name of Director,

Personal details of deirectors like adress, father name and any other

Undertaking or consenting to act as a director of the company.

If i'm wrong pls make it right.

I think u need to use new form 1 and submit it with all the attachements you've attached with original form 1, and in form 32 you just have to select the executive or non-executive and resubmit them.
