CPT Online Details

Hi,

Could some one tell me CPT exam details. I need following details.

1. I have seen we can write online exam for CPT, if i want to attend online CPT, where i need to pay fee. I am in UAE.

2. Will they ICAI board give some material for CPT exam, or we need to buy any books out side. if out isde please refer some books

3. After CPT exam do i need to attend any IT related course or directly appear for CA course.

First you have to register for cpt by paying 3500 fees to icai and you will get materials from them. Online exam will be every month but one can take once in 6 months, if you take in march then your next attempt will be in sep only..Online means you cant write sitting in your house icai provied the center for that to write exams, Dubai you have icai branch you can get details from there. You can register by online also...If anything more feel to ask...all the best..
