Concessional TDS Certificate from IT Department

We are newly start-up company and occupying temporary office. We have received concessional TDS certifcate (Issued by IT Department) from our vendor mentioning temporary address.

In the meanwhile, We have applied TAN no based on new premise (Will be occupied soon). In such a case, whether we need to request vendor to get a revised concesstional certificate from IT department?
