Company registered but never started
hellow sir i have registered pvt ltd company in my name through mca. but i never started business. never filed any compliances or any other services. i just register. now i want to close it in mca website. how can i ?

You must complete all statutory compliances with late fees .
If i leave it as it is and dont want start or commence any business in future what will be impact?? no matter if company barred or din number blocked. kindly guide as i am not able to pay a single rupee due to closure of business. i never opened any bank account. just registered in mca portal.
For closing company you must have finished all statutory filings
Company registered on 09.01.2020 and never commenced business. no gst account, no bank account, no transaction.

I leave it as it is. as i dont have a single rupee. lets see what will happen. still the company status show active i dont know how. but it should have disfunct due to non commencement of business within 180days of incorporation or not filing any compliances after incorporation.
There are punishments like imprisonment for non filing annual accounts.Delay can cause more troubles
