Company name reservation

you can't not get certain name for the company who's name such trademarks is registered or name which is closely same with already alloted name and other as per name state by govt of India
if you will get the NOC from such other company then you may get the same

kindly consider or use new RUN procedure for the same...

Application of name reservation is now made under RUN (Reserve Unique Name). For application and reservation of the name numerous provisions are applicable, where the Registrar also compares the proposed name with existing companies/LLPs and the Trademarks. i have submitted the application for reservation of name through RUN service for the wealth management company following rejection messeage was given by the MCA . 

The declaration has not been provided as per rule 8(2)(b)(XIII)of Companies Incorporation rules 2014. "

please provide me suggesstion in this regard

The stated rule prescribes that in case the name of company includes certain suffix, it is required to furnish the approval letter of concerned authority that allows using such suffix as part of the name. A wealth management company is required to submit the approval of SEBI while filing the application under RUN. Rule 8(2)(b) (xiii) “the proposed name include words such as ‘Insurance’, ‘Bank’, ‘Stock Exchange’, ‘Venture Capital’, ‘Asset Management’, ‘Nidhi’, ‘Mutual fund’ etc., unless a declaration is submitted by the applicant that the requirements mandated by the respective regulator, such as IRDA, RBI, SEBI, MCA etc. have been complied with by the applicant” Read https://rbi.org.in/SCRIPTs/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=10360&Mode=0 for more details.
