Clarification needed.plz reply

Hi

For removal of disqualification of directors if a company had filed  all the pending forms and also the ecods form by paying the requisite fee.and later had found that two of the forms are incomplete what is the position of directors.

will they be disqualified or it is ok if they simply file the forms again.

kindly clarify.
