Circulation of agm notice without physical signatures
Dear Members,
Can Pvt. Co. circulate AGM notice along with Financials and other docs wherein in place of Signature sd/- is marked. Most listed Companies do that in their Annual Reports.
Or do we need to send the physically signed copies..

Yes, these documents can be sent with 'sd/' mark (without physically signed)
