Change in IPCC pass mark !! is it true??

I have lost one attempt of IPCC in nov 2010 and i am going to write this may 2011 in which i have no hope of clearing.

My father who is a CA frightens me that for nov 2011 exam the pass criteria will be changed to 50% for individual subjects.

Is that true??
