I have completed my industrial training just now. I have already sibmtted form :105 to the institute.
Now my question is that can i take any certificate from the company from where i took industrial training on company's letterhead ??
If yes then please provide me the format for it.

You've submitted Form 105 so that serves the purpose of having worked with that company as per ICAI Norms
If you want a certificate, you can request your employer to issue the same and they will do it

i have asked my employer . He is ready to issue me certificate.
