there is an income from sell of commercial flats.
how can i invest my income to get exemption from tax on such income?

Hi Manoj,
To get your income exempted from tax, You should to invest that amount of capital gain as per section 54EC and 54F.
Please check the conditions (long term/short term), time limit for investment under these sections.
