please someone help
my registration has been cancelled by tax officer on my request in form GSTREG-16, Do I still need to file Final Return
Case 1-. I have not issued any tax invoice
case 2 - I have issued tax invoices and paid the taxes same

yes you have to within three months from the cancellation date or cancellation order date whichever is later pl.

Filing of FINAL RETURN in Form GSTR 10 is Mandatory for persons whose Registration has been cancelled, within 3 months from the cancellation date or Date of Order of Cancellation, whichever is later...
As per Notification No. 58/2018, CT, dated 26.10.2018; "Persons whose Registration has been cancelled on or before 30.09.2018 , is required to file Final Return ( Section 45 of CGST Act 2017 ) in FORM GSTR 10 within 31st December 2018".
