for cafinal law paper NOV12, there are only few sections included in the syllabus from chapter winding up. can someone pls be kind to share which questions need to be prepared n which not from that chapter from munish bhandari mainbook or handbook.

Dear Kanchi,
Provisions relating to sick companies and only wuestions from general provisions relating to winding up as given in para 9.4 of the module is aplicable.

for winding up-only sec 528-560 is applicable
