CA IPC registration validation

My course registration has been expired on12th feb 2021 .Do I need to re-validate before submitting exam form .I am asking this because as per ICAI announcement dated on 23rd Sep 2020 no need to revalidtion for all ca level students ,validity has been extended up to one year .Today i interacted with SSP portal ,they said ,"we are not aware of this announcement  .please call after sometime " and yesterday i dropped an email but till now no reply from them .I have attached icai announcement ,please assist ..
