Hi guys.. ! Kindly help me on this.
My articleship gets completed on 24th february 2017 and i have extension for 10 days but i first go for leave for CA final may 2018 and then serve extension with same employer after the exam for eg on 30th may.
1 . should i submit for 107 plus 108 or only 108 on 24th feb ?
2. should i file 102 and 103 on 30th may or form 107 filled earlier will suffice
note : form 107 is applicable for extension with same principle without break. pls interpret with reference ?

Why u r filing form for 10 days.... Serve 10 days additionally and file form 108....talk to ur CA

Jab paper ho jaye tavi form sign kara lena... 10 days serve karke... Exam leaves pe chale jao....
Ya phr 10 days after paper kisi aur ke yaha serve kar lena aur form 102,103 and 108 file kar dena phr se 10 days ke liye
our firm does prefer keeping every record on paper. so i may serve extension somewhere else as u said.
