FIRSTLY A VERY GOOD MORNING TO ALL MY CCI MEMBERS....IN RECENT TIMES I HAVE COME ACROSS THE PROBLEMS AND DIFFICULTIES FACED BY CA ARTICLES.90 % OF THE ARTICLES ARE DIS-SATISFIED FROM THERE EMPLOYERS.SO I THOUGHT TO RAISE SOME VOICE ON IT.SO THIS ARTICLES IS DEDICATED TO ALL THE ARTICLES WHO ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THERE EMPLOYERS.SO FRIENDS LETS GO FOR IT...........HERE I AM GOING TO DISCLOSE THE DIFFICULTIES FACED BY CA ARTICLES AND SOME TIPS FOR THE EMPLOYERS FOR HOW TO TREAT THEIR ARTICLES.

A...INTRODUCTION

DAY BY DAY THE CRUELNESS OF EMPLOYERS ARE INCREASING DAY BY DAY.THE ARTICLES ARE SO MUCH FED UP OF THERE EMPLOYERS THAT THEY ARE READY TO CHANGE THERE OFFICE TODAY ITSELF.BUT DUE TO SOME LIMITATIONS THEY FAIL TO DO SO.THE HEADING TOTALLY PORTRAYS THE CONDITION OF ARTICLES.SOME OF THE EMPLOYERS USES ARTICLES FOR THEIR PERSONAL USE.SO THIS IS REALLY DISGUSTING.LET ME SHOW U ALL SOME OTHER DIFFICULTIES TOO -

1...ABUSING

SOME OF THE EMPLOYERS ARE ALWAYS FOUND ABUSING THERE ARTICLES,TREATING THERE ARTICLES LIKE ANIMALS..HOW CAN THEY FORGET ABOUT THE TIME WHEN THEY WERE ARTICLES.THERE BEHAVIOUR TOWARD ARTICLES IS JUST LIKE A MAN BEATING A ANIMAL..AS IF THEY ARE NOT AT ALL CONCERNED WITH THEM.

2...PERSONAL USE

MOST OF THE EMPLOYERS USE THERE ARTICLES FOR THERE PERSONAL PURPOSES.FOR INSTANCE THEY SEND THE ARTICLES FOR DEPOSITING FEES OF THERE CHILDREN,PAYING ELECTRICITY BILLS,ETC.I SERIOSLY FEEL BAD FOR SUCH ARTICLES...WE ALL HAVE ENTERED A PROFEESIONAL LINE AND WAT WE ARE GETTING IN RETURN IS HOW TO MAKE CHAPPATIS.SOME LIGHT SHOULD BE THROWN ON IT TOO.

3...LESS STIPEND

THIS IS ONE OF THE MAJOR FACTOR AFFECTING  ARTICLES..EMPLOYERS ASK THEM TO DO WORK FROM MORNING TO LATE NIGHT,SEND THEM ON AUDIT IN DIFFFERENT STATES FOR 1 MONTH OR MORE AND IN RETURN THEY GIVE THEM JUST 1000 OR MORE..MANY OF US HAVE COME FROM DIFFERNT STATES,HAVE NO MONEY TO EAT,SO WAT WILL BE THE RELEVENCE OF 1000IN THERE LIFE.THINK ABOUT IT ALL........????

B...SOME TIPS FOR THE EMPLOYERS ..........

1...FIRST OF ALL THERE SHOULD BE A HEALTHY RELATION BETWEEN EMPLOYER AND ARTICLE.THIS WILL HELP THE ARTICLE TO WORK MORE HARDER THAN HE WAS PERFORMING.

2...THERE SHOULD BE AN ENVIROUNMENT IN THE OFFICE THAT ARTICLE FEELS FREE TO DISCUSS THERE PROBLEMS WITH EMPLOYER..THIS WILL IMPROVE TRUST AMONG THEM.

3...EMPLOYERS SHOULD TEND TO APPRAISE THE ARTICLES IN FRONT OF EVERYONE AND IF HE HAS COMMITED SOME MISTAKE,IT SHOULD BE SOUGHTED OUT PERSONALLY.

4...EMPLOYERS SHOULD BEHAVE IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY WITH THE ARTICLES.BEHAVIOUR SHOULD BE CALM,SO THAT ARTICLES DOESNT FEEL SUFFOCATED WHILE PERFORMING THERE WORK.

5...EMPLOYERS SHOULD COMMUNICATE PROPERLY WITH THERE ARTICLES.IT WILL HEPL TO IMPROVE PERSONAL AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL RELATION BETWEEN THEM.

6...EMPLOYERS SHOULD GIVE A BRIEF ABOUT THE ORGANISATION,HIS WORKS,SO THAT HE DOESNT FEEL FRESHER OVER THERE.

7...EMPLOYERS SHOULD REGULARLY CHECK OUT THERE WORK,GIVE PROPER TIME TO THEM AND SHOULD SEE THAT EMLOYEES FEEL SECURED IN THE ORGANISATION.

8...EMPLOYERS SHOULD TAKE PROPER FEEDBACK AND PROVIDE INCENTIVES TO THE ARTICLES,SO THAT THEY GET MOTIVATED AND PERFORM WELL.
