18 December 2012Recently in one of the organisation have been selected under the Excise Audit 2000. Auditor asked the organisation to produce the data for the last five years. Is it required / mandatory to produce it compulsory ?
Can the auditor demand for such requirement ?
Please give some references regarding your Help. Thank you

yes as per DPEG rule 2000
every organisation required or mandatory to produce the data for the last five years...
